• Current machinery and plant operating licenses
• Extensive experience in machinery and plant operations
• Relevant qualifications and experience in accordance with requirements of the Job Description
• Ability to follow instructions and take direction
• Well developed ability to interact with clients in a positive, courteous and respectful manner
• Ability to work effectively as a part of a team, and maintain a positive and enthusiastic approach under times of pressure
• Punctuality and Reliability
• Knowledge, willingness and ability to work in compliance with applicable Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality legislation/regulations
